\n\tBryce Dallas Howard<\/a> has been cast in Curry Barker<\/a>\u2018s next directorial\u00a0Anything But Ghosts<\/a>, which is being released by Focus Features. Blumhouse-Atomic Monster, Spooky Pictures and Divide\/Conquer are also producers on the pic.<\/p>\n

\n\tHoward joins a cast led by Barker, Aaron Paul and Cooper Tomlinson, who were previously announced.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe news comes before Barker\u2019s Obsession, which Focus picked up for $10 million+ out of the Toronto Film Festival, opens May 15.<\/p>\n

\n\tAnything But Ghosts\u00a0is directed by Barker, who also co-wrote with his longtime collaborator Cooper Tomlinson.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe porject is produced by Jason Blum (Blumhouse), Roy Lee & Steven Schneider (Spooky Pictures), Adam Hendricks & Greg Gilreath (Divide\/Conquer), in association with Image Nation and That\u2019s a Bad Idea. EPs are Barker, Tomlinson and Image Nation\u2019s Ben Ross.<\/p>\n

\n\tHoward\u2019s credits include the Amazon MGM Studios British comedy Deep Cover, Matthew Vaughn\u2019s Argylle, the Jurassic World franchise, the Elton John biopic Rocketman, Disney\u2019s Pete\u2019s Dragon, Clint Eastwood\u2019s Hereafter, 50\/50, Tate Taylor\u2019s The Help, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, Terminator Salvation, Spider-Man 3, Lady in the Water and her film debut in M. Night Shyamalan\u2019s The Village. She also received a 2008 Golden Globe nomination for HBO\u2019s As You Like It, directed by Kenneth Branagh. On stage, she starred in Broadway\u2019s Tartuffe, the Public Theatre\u2019s As You Like It, the Manhattan Theater Club\u2019s House\/Garden and Bay Street Theater Festival\u2019s Our Town.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs a director, Howard has helmed episodes across six seasons in the Star Wars universe spanning The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, Ahsoka and Skeleton Crew. She directed and produced the feature documentaries Dads for Apple TV and Pets for Disney+, and is attached to direct and produce All of Her for Lionsgate.<\/p>\n

\n\tHoward is the founder of Nine Muses Entertainment, whose lab she taught at NYU\u2019s Tisch School of the Arts, and her TED Talk on digital identity was named one of the most newsworthy ideas of 2022.<\/p>\n
