A report about the two tornadoes on Saturday was released Sunday, a day after they hit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"uiTextSmall f aic jcc\">Article continues below this ad<\/p>\n<p>Meteorologists use the Enhanced Fujita Scale to rate tornado severity by using damage surveys to estimate wind speeds, according to the weather service&#8217;s website. There were no injuries, though video evidence shows tree damage along Highway 59.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>EF-3 in Mineral Wells<\/p>\n<p>Mineral Wells, a city about 83 miles west of Dallas, was hit by the storm&#8217;s current <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/weather\/article\/suspected-tornado-damages-mineral-wells-22231199.php?utm_campaign=CMS%20Sharing%20Tools%20(Premium)&amp;utm_source=t.co&amp;utm_medium=referral\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">highest-rated tornado<\/a>: an EF-3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"uiTextSmall f aic jcc\">Article continues below this ad<\/p>\n<p>Wind speeds were estimated by the weather service to be about 145 mph. The tornado touched down about 5:05 p.m. near Sundown Road and FM 1821, according to the report. Several people were evaluated, and two were taken to Palo Pinto General Hospital, but Mineral Wells fire officials said there were no critical injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson County tornadoes<\/p>\n<p>The weather service confirmed three tornadoes hit different areas of Johnson County during Tuesday\u2019s storm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"uiTextSmall f aic jcc\">Article continues below this ad<\/p>\n<p>A tornado that remains unrated as of Thursday struck\u00a0Cresson, located about 57 miles southwest of Dallas. The weather service estimated it formed about 6:17\u00a0p.m. and ended a minute later.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A tornado damage path couldn\u2019t be located by officials, and therefore, further analysis is needed to provide more details about the impact, the report said.<\/p>\n<p>An EF-0 tornado with estimated winds of 80 mph impacted Lake Pat Cleburne about 6:50\u00a0p.m., according to the report. The tornado was estimated to have traveled about 3.5 miles in the 10 minutes it was active.\u00a0The weather service said the tornado formed in Byron Stewart, west of Cleburne, before moving over Lake Pat Cleburne.<\/p>\n<p>Rio Vista was struck by an EF-1 tornado about 7:10 p.m. The tornado traveled about two miles in five minutes before dissolving, the report said.\u00a0Officials said this tornado spurred from the same storm that hit Lake Pat Cleburne. Most of the damage included scattered tree debris and some building damage,\u00a0such as partially removed roofs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"uiTextSmall f aic jcc\">Article continues below this ad<\/p>\n<p>2 killed in last week&#8217;s tornadoes<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday\u2019s bout of severe weather follows the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/weather\/article\/know-2-tornadoes-hit-north-texas-towns-22227901.php\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">deaths of two people on Saturday<\/a> when tornadoes hit Wise and Parker counties.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The tornado in Runaway Bay in Wise County was classified as an EF-2 with wind speeds of 130 mph. It touched down about 9:03 p.m. and\u00a0traveled a little over a mile, causing severe damage to trees, roofs and homes, before stopping four minutes later, the report said.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Madrid, 51, died when the tornado hit his home on the west side of Jasper Creek Road, according to his daughter, Jackeline Madrid, and Wise County Judge J.D. Clark.
