She speaks at women\u2019s retreats, conferences, and church events on desperate prayer, God\u2019s promises in suffering, and finding hope through grief and loss.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Rachel spent 22 years as a caregiver for her daughter Taylor, who had a terminal neurological disease, and has walked through the loss of both her parents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Rachel is the author of <a href=\"https:\/\/rachelwojo.com\/desperateprayers\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/rachelwojo.com\/desperateprayers\/\">Desperate Prayers: Embracing the Power of Prayer in Life\u2019s Darkest Moments<\/a> and hosts the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLscuZAXIixlIjfu56dievFia7qS2rV8_v\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLscuZAXIixlIjfu56dievFia7qS2rV8_v\">Untangling Prayer podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">She serves as faculty at Speak Up Conference, co-founded Wilderness Grace nonprofit, and has been featured on Focus on the Family.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Rachel lives in Ohio with her husband Matt and their six children.
