From EDS Legacy To AT&T Headquarters<\/p>\n
The site\u2019s evolution traces back to one of North Texas\u2019 most ambitious real estate bets. In the 1980s, Ross Perot acquired thousands of acres with the goal of attracting major corporate tenants and building a long-term business hub. That vision came into focus with the opening of the EDS headquarters in 1992.<\/p>\n
Now, AT&T is preparing to reshape that foundation for a new era.<\/p>\n
