Chase Elliott picked up his 23rd career <\/a>win in the NASCAR Texas race on May 3.<\/p>\n

It was Elliott’s second in the last five races<\/a>. The driver of the No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet also won at Darlington on March 29.<\/p>\n

Elliott led for a race-high 87 laps, followed by part-time Cup driver Coery Heim at 69 in the Wurth 400 at Texas Motor Speedway.<\/p>\n

Denny Hamlin finished second, Alex Bowman was third, Tyler Reddick, winner of five Cup races in 2026, was fourth, and Chris Buescher, who is from Prosper, Texas, was fifth.<\/p>\n
