At least one security officer must be present at all times, with additional officers required during late-night hours and peak days such as weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n<p>The court also mandated enhanced safety measures such as metal detector screenings for all patrons, installation of high-definition surveillance cameras covering both interior and exterior areas, and strict cooperation with law enforcement. Management must hold monthly meetings with the El Paso Police Department and provide updated employee records.<\/p>\n<p>Employees will be required to undergo new safety training, and all staff who serve alcohol must obtain certification from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission within two weeks of reopening. The bar must also enforce ID checks for every customer purchasing alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Additional restrictions include banning individuals displaying gang-related attire, prohibiting promoters with gang affiliations, and encouraging safe transportation options for intoxicated patrons.
