Lamar Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p data-v-871f4c88=\"\">Two passengers in the SUV, which included a two-year-old girl, were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. The two-year-old was later pronounced dead.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-871f4c88=\"\">The driver of the pickup truck, Keegan Shirley, 30, was arrested.
