The restaurant serves all-you-can-eat Wagyu dishes from Japan, Australia and the United States.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s special about it?<\/p>\n<p>The new spot specializes in all-you-can-eat yakiniku and shabu-shabu, Japanese dining styles that involve cooking bite-sized meats on a shared tabletop grill or in a pot.<\/p>\n<p>Meat options include American and Australian full-blood Wagyu, as well as Japanese A5 Wagyu. Each type of Wagyu includes a certificate of authenticity to certify that the beef is 100% genuine and graded according to the standard by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jmi.or.jp\/en\/info\/index2.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Japan Meat Grading Association<\/a>, which considers marbling, meat brightness, texture and quality.<\/p>\n<p>How it works<\/p>\n<p>The menu offers three different tiers\u2014silver, gold and diamond. The tiers are priced per person from $58 to $88. Each tier includes a variety of meats for selection, along with special dishes and cuts of Wagyu.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can also order all-you-can-eat sushi and signature dishes such as kimchi hot pot, chicken karaage and seafood dumplings.
