Flytrex and Little Caesars launch a system that connects orders directly from app to kitchen \n<\/p>\n

Ordering pizza in Wylie just got a little more futuristic and a lot less \u201cdid the driver get stuck at a red light again?\u201d Flytrex and Little Caesars launched a new service in Wylie that introduces a direct integration between drone ordering and restaurant operations, allowing orders placed through the Flytrex app to flow straight into the store\u2019s system.<\/p>\n

The result is a more seamless process, one that connects ordering, preparation and delivery without the typical gaps in traditional delivery models.<\/p>\n

A More Connected Delivery Experience<\/p>\n

At the center of the rollout is a first-of-its-kind integration that links the Flytrex app<\/a> directly with Little Caesars\u2019 point-of-sale system.<\/p>\n

Instead of requiring separate workflows, orders move automatically from the customer\u2019s phone into the restaurant\u2019s existing operations, helping reduce delays and improve timing between preparation and pickup.<\/p>\n

That integration is what makes the rest of the experience possible, including faster deliveries and more complex orders. Alongside the system upgrade, Flytrex has introduced its new Sky2 drone, designed to carry larger orders than previous models.<\/p>\n

With a payload capacity of up to 8.8 pounds, the drone can now deliver two large pizzas, sides and drinks in a single trip, marking a shift from smaller, single-item deliveries to full family meals.<\/p>\n

The drone operates within a four-mile radius, with deliveries arriving just minutes after takeoff.<\/p>\n

Drone delivery has often been limited not just by technology in the air, but by how well it connects to what happens inside the restaurant.
