\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFrom a Moxies in the Domain to a new business park in Georgetown, here are five of the most expensive projects filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in the Austin metro this week.<\/p>\n

1. Moxies – Domain<\/a><\/p>\n

A new Moxies location is coming to the Domain. The restaurant, bar and lounge is set to bring two new locations<\/a> to Austin over the next two years.<\/p>\n

Location: 3309 Esperanza Crossing, Bldg. F, Ste. 108, AustinEstimated timeline: July 6, 2026-May 10, 2027Estimated cost: $7 million2. Austin Ridge Bible Church – North Hills<\/a><\/p>\n

This project involves the renovation of Austin Ridge Bible Church. According to its website, Austin Ridge purchased the Great Hills Baptist Church facility and are working on plans for renovation.<\/p>\n

Location: 10500 Jollyville Road, AustinEstimated timeline: Aug. 17, 2026-May 31, 2027Estimated cost: $7 million3. Mason Phase 2<\/a><\/p>\n

This project includes improvements to a single family subdivision, covering 32,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

Location: Old Bastrop Road and Center Point Road, San MarcosEstimated timeline: Sept. 1, 2026-April 1, 2027Estimated cost: $5 million4. Decker Lane site work<\/a><\/p>\n

This project includes work on Decker Industrial Park for five buildings, and associated connecting roads and utilities around the building.<\/p>\n

Location: 9500 Decker Lane, AustinEstimated timeline: May 15-Nov. 1Estimated cost: $4.5 million5. Bell Gin Road Business Park<\/a><\/p>\n

The project consists of constructing five 7,200-square-foot shell buildings and two 10,800-square-foot buildings for commercial office and warehouse use.<\/p>\n

Location: 2650 Bell Gin Road, GeorgetownEstimated timeline: June 15, 2026-Feb. 26, 2027Estimated cost: $3.72 million<\/p>\n
