(KXII) &#8211; Chickasaw Lighthorse Police arrested a Texas man after investigators say he fired a gun during a dispute over a parking space at WinStar World Casino in Thackerville.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Fabian Moye Sr., 60, of Plano, was booked into the Love County Jail on May 5. He faces a trio of charges, including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct with a firearm, and discharging firearms in a public place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Chickasaw Lighthorse Police responded on May 5 to a report of an altercation in the WinStar parking lot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police say they learned Moye Sr. got into a dispute with another person over a parking space. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Investigators say surveillance video and witness statements show Moye retrieved a gun from his vehicle and fired two shots\u2014one striking the hood of the other person\u2019s car. The second round hit an undetermined location.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Moye Sr. remains in custody at the Love County Jail. <\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 KXII.
