He owned a partial stake in Adobe Auto Sales before the business went south and he resigned from the company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Prosecutors said he then went to the bank and pulled out money from the company accounts that he did not have a right to.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Weston\u2019s defense attorneys insisted this is a civil matter and not one for a criminal jury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He will be sentenced Wednesday morning.
