\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAustin\u2019s newest bakery held its grand opening downtown on May 5, serving coffee, cocktails, pastries and lunch.<\/p>\n
What they offer<\/p>\n
Sugarwolf sells scratch-made baked goods, made daily. The new restaurant uses organic flour and grass-fed butter, and makes products without seed oils. Daily offerings include croissants, sourdough, cookies, rotating pastries and sandwiches on house-baked bread.<\/p>\n
On the menu<\/p>\n
Breakfast is served until 11 a.m., including ham and cheese focaccia, a sugarwolf parfait and a smash sausage sandwich. Lunch rolls out from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. and features a french dip sandwich, chopped pork focaccia and shaved brussels caesar salad.<\/p>\n
The bakery also has classic espresso-based drinks, as well as specialty matchas and loose leaf teas. Sugarwolf also has a selection of coffee cocktails, summer cocktails, wines, a rotating selection of draft beer and zero-proof beverages.<\/p>\n

Sugarwolf is brought to Austinites by Guy and Larry Restaurants, who also lead Restaurant Fran\u00e7ois, ATX Cocina and Roaring Fork.<\/p>\n
