EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 Thousands without power in Far East El Paso. <\/p>\n

According to El Paso Electric’s outage map, 3,088 customers are without power on Friday afternoon in the area of Rich Beem and Montwood, and North Zaragoza Road near Tierra Este.<\/p>\n

EP Electric expects power to come back at 7 p.m. <\/p>\n

KFOX14\/CBS4 reached out to the utility company and EP Electric said it is sending crews to investigate and restore power. <\/p>\n

This is the same area where the substation is located, where two EP Electric employees were injured after an “arc flash” was reported back in April 15.<\/p>\n
