An officer arrived at 1:48 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police say the remaining resident \u201cpointed a gun at a citizen and that is when the officer fired his department-issued weapon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The suspect was taken to UMC with serious injuries. No other injuries have been reported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Charges are pending.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">We\u2019ll continue to update this story as more details are released.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 KCBD.
