Three teenagers were hospitalized after gunfire broke out at a party in Everman late Saturday night.

Police say the shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. at a small event center in the 1800 block of Everman Parkway, where a large group of teens had gathered.

Officers arriving at the scene found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Those two were taken to the hospital via ambulance. A third victim later arrived at a hospital on their own.

Two remain hospitalized in serious, but stable condition, and one has been released, according to police.

Investigators say they later tracked down a suspect vehicle and detained several persons of interest, most of them juveniles, and recovered multiple firearms.

Several agencies are now assisting in the ongoing investigation.
