Check out three updates on the following projects.<\/p>\n<p>Now open<\/p>\n<p>1. Hartwood at Sloan Corners<\/p>\n<p>The project: The community includes 479 units and is located within the Sloan Corners development by Billingsley Co. Community amenities include dog parks, a 6,000-square-foot fitness center and pickleball courts. Apartment amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets, Billingsley Co. representative Kristi Willis said.<\/p>\n<p>Update: Leasing is underway. Construction of Phase 2 began in February.<\/p>\n<p>Coming soon <\/p>\n<p>2. Crestview Apartments<\/p>\n<p>The project: When complete, the project will include 434 units and community amenities such as a resort-style pool with cabanas, a grilling area, a fitness center, office lounge, club room, coffee bar, courtyards and green space, a dog park and electric vehicle charging stations, said Ryan Salchert, communications and media manager for Trammell Crow Company.<\/p>\n<p>Update: Apartments are expected to become available in the third quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>2050 Peak St., AllenContact information not available3. Alta Preserve<\/p>\n<p>The project: The 311-unit multifamily community will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. When complete, there will be nearly 1,800 residents at The Farm. Alta Preserve will feature amenities such as an indoor and outdoor skydeck, a resort-style pool, a golf simulator, a dry sauna, a dog park and dog wash station, a club and fitness studio, and more, JaRyCo Development President Bruce Heller said.<\/p>\n<p>Update: The project broke ground in March, and apartments are expected to become available in the second quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Several developers are bringing more multifamily housing to Allen.
