Plano-based global telecom and technology services provider Fortress Solutions has formed Fortress Solutions Holdings, a newly established holding company, following the acquisition of Sugar Land-based Dimension Energy Services.<\/p>\n

The transaction positions Fortress Solutions Holdings as the parent organization to both Fortress Solutions and Dimension Energy Solutions, the company said. The new structure is a deliberate expansion into the broader critical infrastructure landscape, bringing telecom and energy capabilities together in one platform.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a pivotal moment for our organization,\u201d John Shelnutt, CEO of Fortress Solutions Holdings, said in a statement. \u201cThe formation of Fortress Solutions Holdings allows us to scale with purpose while maintaining focus within each business. Expanding into the energy sector through Dimension Energy Solutions strengthens our ability to support critical infrastructure in a more holistic way. We\u2019re excited about what this means for our customers, our employees, and our future.\u201d<\/p>\n

By bringing Dimension Energy Solutions into the organization, Fortress said it is expanding thoughtfully into the energy sector because of the \u201cincreasing convergence\u201d of telecommunications, energy, and digital infrastructure. The complementary strengths of the businesses will allow the company to provide more comprehensive, resilient, and innovative solutions to customers working in mission-critical environments.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstablishing Fortress Solutions Holdings represents a natural next step in the company\u2019s evolution,\u201d said Jeff Peterson, board chairman of Fortress Solutions Holdings and chief investment officer at Gillon Capital. \u201cThis structure provides a strong foundation for continued growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions, while reinforcing Fortress\u2019 leadership across critical infrastructure sectors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Integration planning is at work to support a seamless transition for customers, partners, and employees, the company said. As the organizations come together, Fortress Solutions Holdings said plans to nurture collaboration, drive innovation, and provide enhanced value across its portfolio.<\/p>\n
