{"id":293819,"date":"2026-05-15T01:59:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T01:59:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/293819\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T01:59:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T01:59:10","slug":"el-paso-leaders-break-ground-on-sun-city-lights-upgrades-at-pueblo-viejo-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/293819\/","title":{"rendered":"El Paso leaders break ground on Sun City Lights upgrades at Pueblo Viejo Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 A Lower Valley park in El Paso is set for a brighter, greener makeover after local leaders broke ground on a new improvement project on Thursday. <\/p>\n<p>The groundbreaking for the Sun City Lights Project was held on Thursday at Pueblo Viejo Park, located near Presa and Alameda. <\/p>\n<p>According to city officials, the project is expected to add more lighting to improve visibility, along with new landscaping.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe&#8217;re going to have a pavilion with illumination on it,\u201d said Rep.
