Greenville Avenue Waffle House has switched to delivery only<\/p>\n

The Waffle House diner<\/a> on Greenville Avenue near Forest Lane is just four years old<\/a>, but they\u2019ve already made big changes to their format. Customers are now barred from dining inside at tables or the counter \u2014 only delivery service is available.<\/p>\n

Officials at Waffle House haven\u2019t released a reason for the change, but employees at the restaurant often said it was difficult finding workers to fill all shifts covering 24 hours.<\/p>\n

The Lake Highlands Waffle House isn\u2019t the only outlet making the change. Locations in Pensacola, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia, Nashville, Tennessee, and other breakfast-loving hotspots are also abandoning dine-in service. Waffle House has more than 2,000 locations in 25 states, with about 130 in Texas alone. According to The U.S. Sun<\/a>, more restaurants will be switching to delivery-only soon.<\/p>\n
