Afternoon highs will still be in the upper 80s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Showers will be isolated to scattered on Monday. There&#8217;s also a high risk of rip currents along the coast.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/5baeb8f0e954a8659e2dc8adfd577f1c.jpeg\"\/>Storms ahead next week<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A more active pattern develops on Tuesday as deeper moisture and disturbances move into Southeast Texas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Scattered showers and thunderstorms become more likely through the end of the week.
