The space is being fully customized to match the firm\u2019s design needs.<\/p>\n<p>On Level 2, Ash Grove will take 5,174 square feet for its regional office, while Raymond James will occupy 5,120 square feet as its Frisco branch. Both are moving into spec suites designed for quick occupancy.<\/p>\n<p>Spec Suites Target Fast-Moving Tenants<\/p>\n<p>Alongside traditional leases, The Offices Three is rolling out 12,000 square feet of additional spec suites ranging from 2,500 to 6,500 square feet.
