The restaurant will be located at 4709 W. Parker Rd., Suite 440.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing Hakata Ramen Culture To North Texas<\/p>\n<p>Kouchan Ramen specializes in Hakata tonkotsu ramen, a style originating from Fukuoka, Japan, known for its rich pork bone broth and thin noodles.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike heavier ramen styles, Hakata ramen is traditionally designed to be flavorful yet approachable enough for everyday dining. The broth is simmered for hours to develop a deep umami flavor while maintaining a smooth finish.<\/p>\n<p>The Plano restaurant will also prepare its noodles fresh in-house using a custom flour blend developed specifically to pair with the broth.
