The company has spent billions to build AI data centers to power its Gemini products and Google Cloud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The guests include George P. Bush, Texas Tech Chancellor Brandon Creighton, Lubbock Chamber CEO John Osborne and Chris Matos from Google.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The event is in-person only and will not be livestreamed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">It starts at noon Friday in the Texas Tech Club at the north end zone of the Jones.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 KCBD.
