<\/p>\nCORPUS CHRISTI, Texas \u2014 A victim who once considered Adam Hall a friend took the stand Tuesday as his trial entered its second day at the Nueces County Courthouse.<\/p>\n
The witness, who worked with Hall and had welcomed him into her home, testified before jurors hearing the case against the 24-year-old, who is accused of online impersonation and making terroristic threats connected to a Del Mar College event in 2024.<\/p>\n

Court recessed for the day and is set to resume Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The bailiff estimated the trial could run through Friday.<\/p>\n
On Monday, opening statements in Judge Susan Barclay’s courtroom included images of messages from Hall’s social media accounts that prosecutors say showed he planned to stab one of the victims and, in his words, make her suffer before dying a horrible death.<\/p>\n
Hall was arrested Oct. 24, 2024, on McDonald Street near Naval Air Station Corpus Christi on three outstanding warrants \u2014 terroristic threat, harassment and violation of a court order \u2014 along with probable cause for online impersonation and terroristic threats, according to the Corpus Christi Police Department.<\/p>\n
Hall is accused of posting a message on Reddit saying he planned to place chemical weapons in and around a Halloween event at Del Mar College back in October.<\/p>\n
