Plano alone landed multiple companies in the top 10, reinforcing Collin County\u2019s rise as a destination for corporate relocations, regional headquarters and large-scale office campuses.<\/p>\n

The rankings were built entirely from LinkedIn data and focused on long-term career growth rather than brand recognition alone.<\/p>\n
The platform evaluated companies across eight areas tied to professional development, including promotion potential, skills growth, employee retention, recruiter demand, workplace culture, gender diversity, educational backgrounds and local workforce presence.<\/p>\n
To qualify, companies needed at least 250 employees globally and at least 100 employees in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by the end of 2025. Companies with significant layoffs or high attrition were excluded.<\/p>\n
