(WITN) &#8211; A Houston man is now behind bars after several Greenville homes were burglarized in January, according to warrants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Greenville police arrested Leonardo Hernandez-Torres yesterday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Warrants say on Jan. 16, he broke into two unoccupied homes and tried to break into an occupied home in Greenville with the intent to commit felonies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The burglaries were at two homes on Leanne Drive and Walnut Drive, while the burglary attempt was at a home on Southlea Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to court documents, Hernandez-Torres possessed large bolt cutters and conspired with Cristian Mideros-Riascos to cut power to all three homes using the outdoor meter box.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Hernandez-Torres was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, attempt first-degree burglary, three counts of possession of burglary tools, and three counts of felony conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The 29-year-old is being held without bond.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WITN.
