EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KOAA) \u2014 The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a suspicious death investigation after finding a woman’s body Friday.<\/p>\n

According to the sheriff’s office, they received a call around 3 p.m. Friday for a medical response at a home in the 4000 block of Loomis Avenue, which is located in the Stratmoor Hills Area near the Highway 115 and South Academy Boulevard interchange. <\/p>\n

When the Stratmoor Hills Fire Department arrived, they found a woman dead. The department believed the scene was suspicious, and the sheriff’s office says they began investigating the incident. <\/p>\n

The woman’s name will be released at a later time by the El Paso County Coroner’s Office.<\/p>\n

The sheriff’s office says there is no known threat to the community at this time. <\/p>\n
