Centerville Road and Broadmoor Drive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Garland City Council approved development agreements for both stores during a May 19 meeting. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Joe V&#8217;s location specifically will add occupancy to a shopping center dealing with high vacancy after anchor tenant Kroger left about 20 years ago.
