The elections office made the decision after consulting with both the Democratic and Republican Party Chairs. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The four nearest polling locations to Abernathy City Hall are: <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">New Deal Community Clubhouse at 309 S Monroe Ave, New Deal;<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Shallowater Community Center at 902 Avenue H, Shallowater <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lauro Cavazos Middle School at 210 N University Ave (Door #2), Lubbock<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"> Maggie Trejo Supercenter at 3200 Amherst Street (Rodgers Community Center Social Hall), Lubbock.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The four nearest polling locations to Mae Simmons Community Center are:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Patterson Library at 1836 Parkway Dr (Community Room), Lubbock<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Copper Rawlings Senior Center at 213 40th St (Social Hall), Lubbock<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Broadway Church of Christ at 1924 Broadway (Foyer), Lubbock<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">J.
