Developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.randalldavis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Randall Davis Company<\/a> held a topping-out ceremony on April 29.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion, the boutique mid-rise will feature 33 residences, including five penthouses. Residences range from 1,889 square feet to 4,703 square feet with luxury finishes including Gaggenau and Thermador appliances and imported European Eggersmann cabinetry.<\/p>\n<p>Pricing starts at $1.7 million for standard residences and $5.55 million for penthouses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBuyer interest in Chaucer remains strong because it is the only new mid-rise offering this combination of location, convenience and lock-and-leave living,\u201d Director of Sales Gloria Tanksley said in a press release. \u201cWith <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/2025\/07\/02\/nar-homebuyers-pet-consideration\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">walkability<\/a> to dining, shopping Rice University, the Texas Medical Center and the upcoming Trader Joes, Chaucer checks all the boxes for buyers looking for simplicity and one-level living in one of Houston\u2019s most desirable neighborhoods.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Vertical construction is complete for Chaucer, a 14-story luxury condominium development in Houston\u2019s Rice Village.
