(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsfa.com\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"http:\/\/www.wsfa.com\">WSFA<\/a>) &#8211; A Selma man was killed early Tuesday morning after the bicycle he was riding was hit by a car, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency confirms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The crash happened around 4 a.m. on Alabama 14 near the 118 mile marker, approximately two miles west of Selma, in Dallas County. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">ALEA says the cyclist, Johnny R. Brown, 61, of Selma, was struck by a 1997 Toyota Corolla driven by a 60-year-old Jones man.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Brown was taken to Vaughan Regional Medical Center where died from his injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The cause of the collision is under investigation by ALEA\u2019s Highway Patrol Division.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Not reading this story on the WSFA News App?
