No Democrat ran in that party\u2019s primary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cI feel honored to have the support of Lubbock County to return for four more years as Commissioner of Precinct 4,\u201d Rackler said Tuesday night.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcbd.com\/politics\/election-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.kcbd.com\/politics\/election-results\/\">Click here<\/a> &#8211; for updated election results as they come in. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Rackler said, looking back over his time in office, he would not change anything. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cI feel like I\u2019ve been transparent, open, I\u2019m a great communicator,\u201d Rackler said. \u201cAnd I\u2019ve obviously done what my constituents have asked me to do or I wouldn\u2019t have the chance to serve again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Rackler said he is confident ground will be broken on the Lubbock County Expo Center by the end of the year. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cThe Expo Center is moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Through his term, Rackler has voted to keep taxes low. He made this a focus of his campaign. When asked how he will keep taxes low, he said \u201cjust continue going through the budget and trying to make the cuts that we can make, that don\u2019t affect the day-to-day services to the citizens of Lubbock County. And just continue moving forward with efficient government.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Rackler has served as county commissioner since 2022.
