\nThe 5-foot-7 Hampton averaged 16.5 points, 3.6 assists and 3.2 steals per game while leading Lancaster to the 2026 Class 6A, Division II state title and a 33-5 overall record. She was named all-state and all-region by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC).

\nIn District 11-6A action, she led the circuit in points (20.0), assists (6.7), steals (6.1) and blocks (2.4) per game and was named first-team all-district and co-MVP. Hampton also was tabbed to the academic all-district team. She topped the 1,000-point mark for her high school career.

\nPrior to Lancaster, she was a two-year varsity starter at Colleyville Heritage, where she averaged 16.6 points, 3.4 assists and 3.1 steals per game as a sophomore after posting 10.6 points, 1.7 assists and 3.0 steals as a freshman.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
