Veggiemore, a veggie pizza. Customers also have the ability to build their own pizza, according to its website. Mountain Mike\u2019s also serves wings, salads, sandwiches and desserts.<\/p>\n<p>Mountain Mike\u2019s opened in a 2,600-square-foot space at the <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/mckinney\/development\/2024\/12\/23\/crunch-fitness-specialty-grocery-store-coming-to-west-mckinney\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Eldorado Neighborhood Shops<\/a> development. The mixed-use development also features stores like Trader Joe\u2019s which <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/mckinney\/business\/2026\/05\/04\/trader-joes-announces-opening-date-for-second-mckinney-store\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">opened earlier<\/a> this month.<\/p>\n<p>The new location is owned and operated by franchisee family Steve, Kelly and Adam Zeigler, according to the news release. In a statement, Steve Zeigler said they opened Mountain Mike\u2019s first location in Texas nearly four years ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis location is especially meaningful, as my family has called McKinney home for nearly 30 years, and we\u2019re honored to open a Mountain Mike\u2019s where our family and neighbors can gather around fantastic pizza and celebrate any occasion for years to come,\u201d Steve Zeigler said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A second Mountain Mike\u2019s Pizza location is now open in McKinney, according to a news release.
