The deputy had prior knowledge about Falvey and his active warrants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The sergeant constable deputy conducted a traffic stop along the 14400 block of Eastbrook, where Falvey was taken into custody without further incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to the Constable\u2019s Office, the arrest stems from an El Paso Police Department investigation that began in 2025, and the arrest warrants were issued on March 26, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cConstable Hector Bernal commends the vigilance of Precinct Three deputies, who remain dedicated to enforcing the law and removing individuals with outstanding criminal and traffic warrants from the community,\u201d read the news release by the Constable\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The Constable\u2019s Office reminds residents to stay alert and report suspicious activity or information regarding wanted individuals.
