Dallas Parkway. The new workspace is expected to open this summer and brings its total space at the site to nearly 54,000 square feet across two floors.

The move comes as WeWork sees growth in North Texas. The company has owned the Legacy Town Center buildings since 2012. The three-building complex has more than half a million rentable square feet. It sits near the Shops at Legacy and Legacy West developments.

Dallas-Fort Worth continues to be one of the nation’s office market leaders, according to a recent report from JLL. Move-ins from several large tenants helped the region see over 300,000 square feet of positive net absorption in the first three months of 2026.
