Florence St.<\/p>\n<p>Video from the scene shared on the popular social media account <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/therealfitfamelpaso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">@therealfitfamelpaso<\/a> shows fire crews extinguishing the fires while patrol units from the El Paso Police Department surround the scene. <\/p>\n<p>WATCH:<\/p>\n<p><p>Dumpster fire in Central El Paso.
