Deputies were called to Rubilee Lane near Smith Road and Old Humble Road around 2:23 a.m. Saturday and found three gunshot victims; one was pronounced dead at the scene<\/p>\n

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas \u2013 Harris County<\/a> sheriff\u2019s deputies were called to a reported shooting during a large party early Saturday in northeast Harris County, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.<\/p>\n

Deputies responded to the 6600 block of Rubilee Avenue, near Smith Road and Old Humble Road, after the call came in around 2:23 a.m. <\/p>\n

Investigators found three people had been shot at the scene. One man was pronounced dead, while two others were taken to a hospital and were expected to survive, according to the sheriff.<\/p>\n

Crime Scene Investigators and Homicide Detectives were en route to process the scene and work to determine what led up to the gunfire.<\/p>\n
