The week culminates with the Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting &amp; Chef Showcase at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel &amp; Convention Center, 1601 Lake Robbins, where chefs compete for the Chef of Chefs title and a $5,000 prize. Ticket prices vary by event.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Monday, June 1<\/p>\n<p>Fancy Chef Steak Night at Johnny\u2019s Gold Brick<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.johnnysgoldbrick.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Johnny\u2019s Gold Brick<\/a>, 2518 Yale, will host Fancy Chef Steak Night, bringing guest chef Lucas McKinney of Josephine\u2019s to the bar\u2019s parking lot for a one-night-only steak dinner benefiting<a href=\"https:\/\/southernsmoke.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Southern Smoke Foundation<\/a>. The event is first come, first served and marks the final Fancy Chef Steak Night before the series returns in the fall.<\/p>\n<p>The World at the Table at Kitchen Rumors<\/p>\n<p>The World at the Table, a one-night collaborative dinner inspired by Houston\u2019s global culinary scene and the upcoming World Cup, takes place at 5:30 p.m. at Kitchen Rumors, 2310 Decatur. Hosted by the teams behind Kitchen Rumors and Traveler\u2019s Table, the five-course dinner features globally inspired dishes from chefs Jassi Bindra, Hugo Ortega, Lena Le, Ardian Brantoro and Rafael Nasr, with wine pairings included. Cabernet Sauvignon led by winemaker Luis Contreras.
