ARLINGTON, Texas \u2014 After opening two stores in North Texas in the last two years, Irish clothing retailer Primark has announced plans for another location at The Parks Mall at Arlington later this month.<\/p>\n
This will be the retailer’s sixth store in Texas after openings in other cities like Grapevine, El Paso, and most recently, in Hurst. Primark has 42 stores across the U.S. overall.<\/p>\n
“Primark\u2019s keen on continuing its Texas expansion,\u201d Kevin Tulip, President of Primark US, said in a statement. “We\u2019ve seen first-hand the importance of providing fashion that doesn\u2019t break the bank at our stores in the Dallas Fort-Worth area, and we want to continue to fulfill that need. It’s incredible to become a part of these communities and be able to offer families a wide selection of trending fashion and everyday essentials at exceptional value.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
The grand opening for the Arlington location will begin at 10:30 a.m. June 25 with a ribbon cutting, as well as snacks and giveaways, which will be first come, first served.<\/p>\n
Primark’s new summer collection, “The Get Away,” will be at the new shop, featuring dresses, swimwear, accessories and more.
