EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 El Paso County sheriff\u2019s deputies arrested a 22-year-old man featured on Crime Stoppers of El Paso\u2019s \u201cTop Ten Most Wanted\u201d list after receiving what the agency described as credible information about his whereabouts.<\/p>\n
On Monday, deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff\u2019s Office located Justin Ray Chavez of Fabens in the 12300 block of Campo Bello Drive in San Elizario at 2:26 p.m.<\/p>\n
Chavez, who was wanted in connection with an aggravated robbery charge, surrendered without incident and was taken into custody, officials said. <\/p>\n
Chavez was transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility, where he was booked on the aggravated robbery charge without bond.<\/p>\n
This arrest is a direct result of the information provided by the community and the dedication of our deputies,\u201d Sheriff Oscar Ugarte said. \u201cWe remain committed to locating and apprehending dangerous offenders who pose a threat to public safety.<\/p>\n
