{"id":326650,"date":"2026-06-07T15:22:36","date_gmt":"2026-06-07T15:22:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/326650\/"},"modified":"2026-06-07T15:22:36","modified_gmt":"2026-06-07T15:22:36","slug":"golf-simulation-business-proposed-on-bethany-drive-in-allen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/326650\/","title":{"rendered":"Golf simulation business proposed on Bethany Drive in Allen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA business owner is seeking approval from the city of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofallen.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Allen<\/a> for a zoning change request for a golf simulation business on Bethany Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Allen\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofallen.org\/departments\/community_development\/planning_and_development\/index.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Planning and Zoning Commission<\/a> recommended approval of a specific use permit to allow <a href=\"https:\/\/dynamiteperformancegolf.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dynamite Performance Golf<\/a> to lease space at 105 W. Bethany Drive, Ste. 130, Allen.<\/p>\n<p>Zoom in<\/p>\n<p>Dynamite Performance Golf is a golf simulation business that uses a high-speed 3D motion capture system to help members improve their golf technique, per its <a href=\"https:\/\/dynamiteperformancegolf.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">website.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The proposed business will occupy approximately 6,500 square feet of an approximately 253,418-square-foot building, Senior Planner Matt Bechtlufft said.
