{"id":327083,"date":"2026-06-08T01:42:09","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T01:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/327083\/"},"modified":"2026-06-08T01:42:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T01:42:09","slug":"cowboys-lb-demarvion-overshown-ties-knot-with-texas-style-wedding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/327083\/","title":{"rendered":"Cowboys LB DeMarvion Overshown ties knot with Texas-style wedding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/sports\/cowboys\/\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cowboys<\/a> linebacker DeMarvion Overshown has officially tied the knot.<\/p>\n<p>He was absent at the Cowboys&#8217; OTAs late last week for good reason, as he had wedding activities to attend to ahead of the celebration of his marriage to Alexis Babino on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When you&#8217;ve gone through the blood, sweat and tears with guys, and they show up to moments like this, it means the world,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-ESdaf-E_qs\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Overshown told CBS 19 in Tyler<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As for the feeling of finally getting to marry his bride, the Dallas linebacker didn&#8217;t mince words.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A brand new man,&#8221; Overshown said. &#8220;I already feel like I&#8217;m times 10 aura.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The wedding had a very Texan feel to it, with many attendees donning cowboy hats and western wear.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Getting married in East Texas is extremely important to us,&#8221; Alexis Overshown, who graduated from Tyler Junior College, said. &#8220;Just the fact that we can be at home and share this moment with everybody.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Cowboys linebacker DeMarvion Overshown has officially tied the knot.
