Summer 2026 faculty and student parking permits are available for purchase on the Mav Park website at reduced rates compared to the fall and spring semesters. These permits are valid from May 12 to Aug. 14. <\/p>\n

Commuting student: $108<\/p>\n
Reduced Rate lot 29 and Greek Row: $82<\/p>\n
Remote park and ride: $55<\/p>\n
Motorcycle: $65<\/p>\n
Preferred garage: $270<\/p>\n
Upgrade lots 36 and 49: $202<\/p>\n
Parking communications manager Larry Cummings Jr. said in an email that Lot 38 is closed due to construction at the University Center. Traffic will be diverted to one lane along UTA Boulevard between South Cooper Street and Mesquite Street during the summer, possibly causing delays, Cummings said. <\/p>\n
\u201cDrivers should plan ahead and use alternative parking areas while construction is underway,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
Zone-based parking will not be enforced during the summer months; however, it will return in the fall semester. Cummings said zone-based parking helps manage traffic flow and parking availability for commuters, particularly during the first few weeks of classes. <\/p>\n
The MavMover buses will be available during the break with the Extended Red Route and Green Shopping Route. The Extended Red Route will operate from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Green Shopping Route will run from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. <\/p>\n
MavMover schedules and routes can also be found on the Tripshot app. <\/p>\n
The late-night security escort service will continue throughout the summer break during its normal operating hours 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., Cummings said. Rides can be requested on the MavMover On-Demand app. <\/p>\n
The Via Transportation services offered by the city will continue throughout the summer from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday. <\/p>\n
