As a major expansion project continues, drivers need to be wary of these planned shutdowns from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/news\/local\/traffic\/article\/loop-1604-closure-22292689.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">TxDOT<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The latest phase of the Loop 1604 North Expansion Project will see major closures at the I-10 and Loop 1604 interchange this weekend. The closures are expected to start at 5 a.m. Sunday, June 14, and last through 5 a.m. Monday, June 15, according to a TxDOT news release.<\/p>\n<p>The Eastbound and Westbound Loop 1604 frontage roads at the interchange will be closed, in addition to the Eastbound I-10 mainlanes and the left lane of the Westbound I-10 mainlanes.
