Teah Brooks, the owner of Sweet Tea\u2019s Bakery and Tea House on S. Cooper, was one of the first business owners to receive the kit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very thankful to my health inspector, Steven,\u201d Teah said. \u201cIt does make a big difference having someone who is in your corner, even though they\u2019re helping you in a safety aspect, they also want to see you win, and I\u2019m grateful for that. Plus, for the little things that make a bigger impact than you might think.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The kits include a few tools businesses will need to be successful, including basic food safety materials such as test strips, thermometers, and single use gloves.
