With its bold red fa\u00e7ade, black-and-white striped umbrellas and interiors dripping in Parisian flair, this chic bistro is bringing European elegance (and seriously good fries) to Collin County.<\/p>\n

While Legacy North<\/a> already boasts fantastic restaurants like Seasons 52<\/a>, Ebb & Flow, The Capital Grille and more, Le BEEF adds something fresh \u2014 a little flair, a little France and a lot of flavor. It\u2019s approachable yet elegant, affordable yet refined. Whether you\u2019re planning a date night, birthday celebration, girls\u2019 night or just craving a comforting dinner that feels special, Le BEEF hits the sweet spot.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Le BEEF is everything you\u2019d expect from a Parisian steakhouse, intimate, stylish and just a little bit indulgent. Inside, you\u2019ll find soft lighting, lush drapery and the clinking of wine glasses. The meal begins with an artisan salad, a delicious mix of butter lettuce, strawberries, pistachios, dried cranberries and a light champagne vinaigrette. From there, the restaurant also offers a canap\u00e9 appetizer \u2014 tender steak bites tucked into a crisp puff pastry shell \u2014 that\u2019s dangerously addictive. Once the palate is warmed up, guests can choose between USDA Prime top blade steak, chicken breast, house sausage or a vegetarian plate.<\/p>\n

The steak, wet-aged for 50 days, arrives perfectly seared and sliced, served alongside a mountain of crispy shoestring fries. It\u2019s all elevated by Le BEEF\u2019s signature herb sauce full of flavor (and yes, anchovies).\u00a0<\/p>\n
