The Big 12 has \u201cfiled a complaint in federal court against Texas Tech, Texas AG Ken Paxton<\/a> and more, seeking declaratory judgement and a preliminary injunction to enforce its rules\u201d on the QB Brendan Sorsby saga<\/a>, according to SBJ\u2019s Ben Portnoy. The conference acknowledges that its members<\/a> \u201cdesire to hold a vote to sanction<\/a> Texas Tech should it go forward with playing Sorsby.\u201d The filing also contains a handful of exhibits, including letters from the Texas and Oklahoma AGs<\/a>, the Big 12 bylaws and the league\u2019s sports betting policy.
