It will be opening at West Plano Village, a mixed-use development near Parker Road and the Dallas North Tollway. It\u2019s located at the former Kona Grill location that <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/plano-north\/dining\/2025\/06\/13\/kona-grill-plano-location-closes-permanently\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">closed in June 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Victory Tap comes from Dallas restaurateur Alberto Lombardi, according to a business news release. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lombardifamilyconcepts.com\/our-brands\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Other<\/a> concepts from the Lombardi Family include Toulouse, Taverna and Kai, which have locations at Legacy West in Plano, and <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/frisco\/dining\/2022\/01\/07\/lombardi-cucina-italiana-aims-for-february-opening-at-the-star-in-frisco\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lombardi Cucina Italiana<\/a> which has a location at The Star in Frisco.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A new sports lounge, Victory Tap Sports Lounge, is now open in West Plano.
